Question. Can you represent me in court? Answer: Yes, I am admitted to practice in the following courts: United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals 10th Circuit, United States Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, Court of International Trade, United States District Court District of New Mexico, All courts in New Mexico, Florida, and Nevada.
Question: Are your hourly attorney's fees comparable to other lawyers in the Albuquerque area? Answer: Garver Law offers lower attorney fees primarily because overhead is lower than big firms and keep our expenses lower in order to offer the best hourly attorney fees.
Question: When I call the lawyer at 888-5100, will I be able to talk to Mr. Garver personally most of the time? Answer: Yes! When Mr. Garver is in the office, he often answers the phone personally. When he is in court, at a deposition, or in a client conference, your phone call will be returned as quickly as possible.
